J-Young tubes for the autosampler

Posted on May 28, 2020June 5, 2020 by Ion Ghiviriga
The ordinary J-Young tubes are too long for the autosampler. You can still submit samples in them, but they’ll be run manually on the B400 during 0800-1600 M-F. I recommend you buy these shorter J-Young tubes: https://www.wilmad-labglass.com/Products/535-LPV-200M/ for New Era CAV tubes specify L=135 mm https://newera-spectro.com/controlled-atmosphere-valve-cav

The Center for NMR Spectroscopy will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, observing social distancing. Users will not be allowed in the NMR rooms, but will leave and pick-up their samples on the corresponding trays at the door to CLB110. Use the signup for B600 and do the drop/pickup at the beginning of the 10 minutes…
